By Jove, the detail on the feathers is so incredible and Harry's pose as well as the movement in the pictrure makes it breathtaking in its own simplicity!

'By Jove???' HaHaHa! NObody says 'By Jove' anymore, let alone a lovely young lady from Mexico. I doubt even the Brits use that mythological reference phrase these days. Quaintly fabulous! You made me smile. :)

Thank you for the kind compliment. Good show! :D

Ahahaha XD It must be the Narnia influence that's been getting to me. Silly me :p.

Harry and Hedwig look fantastic! Especially Hedwig. I love her zygodactylic feet.

rofl. Owls, parrots, toucans(which are parrots), woodpeckers, chameleons and koalas have zygotactylic feet. For birds, it means having two toes in front, and two toes in back. For koalas and chameleons, it's three fingers and two thumbs on each foot. Sometimes I wish I had zygodactylism..XD

VERY interesting. You've taught me something. As I drew the owl, Hedwig, and I examined my various bird reference, I noticed the digital differences in the various feathered species. But I couldn't account for it, not having gone in-depth with my study. Thankfully, I got the owl's feet right.

Hmm... This is weird. As I think back to the film, and as I look up at my action figure, I see that ALIEN is also zygodactylic, having two opposing thumbs on each hand, with four fingers in between. A creepy detail that probably escapes the conscious notice of most of us.
