WB Concept Art, Daffy Duck RaceCar, LOONEY TUNES. Pencil, Ink, Prismacolor marker, Prismacolor pencil.
Before there was a LOONEY TUNES: BACK IN ACTION, the idea was to do a spoof of THE GREAT RACE, pairing Looney Tunes characters with live-action celebrities. Our assignment was to come up with outlandish designs for the race cars. The one I did for Elmer Fudd is elsewhere in my gallery.
It was a slow start, thinking up new, goofball concepts, while preserving each individual's character in their respective vehicle designs. But the project fell into limbo before we really hit our stride. Typical of the business.
